The supplement is an additional charge that applies to the hotel room rate during high or peak seasons. A supplement discount could be applied to this additional charge under a specified period.
Steps to update Supplements:
- Click on Supplements rate and a new window will appear.
- Then click on Add to update the new supplements. If you want to check or edit any entry, then for that we have to fill in all the details and click on Search
- Fill in the required information like Tariff, Hotel, Room Category, name, Date, and allotment and click on the search icons.
- Select the charge type. There are 4 types of charges.
- Per Room per Night
- Per Pax per Night
- Per Pax per stay
- Per Room per Stay
- Then we can select weekdays and weekends from the Day flag.
- Select the market.
- Add the supplement rates.
Note: – If you are adding the supplement per night then update the rate in Room Column and if you are adding the supplement per Pax then update it in the adult and child column.
- Add the mark-up.
- Then Click on “Save All” to update the supplement on the entire room category which you have updated on Contract. If you’ll click on “Save” then the supplement will be updated in that room only.
- Then to copy the supplement to On Request open the entry which you have updated on the allotment, untick the allotment box and click on “Save As”.
