Following are the steps to create Product on Tour Plan;
- Go to “Product”.
- Click on “Product Setup”.
- The system will take us to Product Setup Page.
- In the Suppliers field, search for your hotel.
- In the Product field, you can check already created Products such as room types, Transfers, and Meal Plans.
- To create a new Product Click on “Create New Product”.
- A small dialog box will appear, fill in the below details;
- Location: Select the Location (City) of the Hotel.
- Service: This depends upon our Product type, for all room categories we will pick Accommodation.
- Supplier: Hotel name.
- Code: Generally we take the initials of the Room Name. Let’s say, we are creating a Beach Villa room. Out Product will be “BV”.
- Description: Room Name (Product Name)
- Comment: Mention Base Meal Plan for example if contracted rates are based on Bed & breakfast. Our comment would be Bed & Breakfast
- Service Category: Select if you are creating
- Room Categories: Accommodation
- Transfers: Flight
- Non – Accommodation: Meal Supplement
