Reservation is a process where we check all the conditions which are applied on any offer or contract to verify whether these conditions are applying correctly on the B2B/B2C reservation.
Let’s understand how we can take reservations:
Steps:
- Open B2B link on the browser.
- Click on “Login” at the top right corner of the screen
- Fill in all the login credentials provided by the client (keep it confidential)
- Click on the log-in.
- Once you’ll click on login a new window will appear.
- Fill in all the required details like country, city, and hotel and then select the date bands on which you want to check the rates.
Note: – In Pax passport always select the country which comes in the market on which you have updated your Contract or Promotion. For example:- If your Contract is on the GCC market, then select the country which comes in the GCC market.
- Select the number of rooms and bedding type
- If you want to select children as well then select the number of children and their age.
- After you fill in all the required information click on Search.
Different Search criteria: – #
A. Early Bird Promotion #
- In front of the room category, you can see a sign of Early bird. This sign shows that an early bird offer is applied over the rates.
- When you click on rates you can see the discounted rates.
B. Discount Promotion #
- In front of the room category, you can see a sign of Percentage. This sign shows that a discount per cent is applied over the rates.
- When you click on rates you can see the discounted rates.
C. Hotel Message #
- At the last of the page, you can see the hotel message which you have updated.
- You can check whether the required information is reflected or not.
Note: – To see the rates on Frontend it is necessary to update the allotment, add the markup and the rates should be approved. Otherwise, you’ll not be able to see the rates on the front end.
Also, the rates which you’ll see on Frontend will be without markup but in the supplement rates, the markup will be added. So, during the event period rates will be
Contracted Room Rates + (Supplement Rates + 20% mark-up).
