Once we have configured our accommodation, is possible that we don’t find any availability on our searches through Call Center or web page. We can identify 2 possible reasons:
- We need to wait due to the cache. Every time we upload a new product, the system needs time to upload all the information. This time is between 60-90 minutes.
- We have forgotten some information during the configuration.
Following, we will show some reasons why we don’t find availability on our searches:
A hotel does not appear in the list for a specific agency:
General tab #
We check if the hotel:
- Is active:
- Really belongs to the area that we are looking for
- Is active for the preferred channel:
- The hotel can be marked so that it does not allow any requests and should have an allotment, which we will explain later. To discard this, this must be deactivated:
- Check to not have the option “Only available in the Call centre”; “Yes”, if you have this interface. Otherwise, it will not appear on the public interface site:
Type of room #
- Check that the hotel has that room for the search.
- Verifies that there are rates for the contract with the preferred type of room for that period.
- Check if the room allows the number of passengers you wish to obtain:
Allotment #
- Check if the contract is active:
- Check if the agency or your group agency or market has access and it is not denied. If it did not have access, this would be changed by clicking on See Details > General information, access conditions:
- Check if you have an allotment for the preferred type of room for the specified days and contract. If there is a distribution, you may also have an allotment in the distribution:
Supplier contract #
- Check whether the contract is active or not:
- Check whether the agency /group agency and/or market has access and it is not denied. If it did not have access, you may modify the access conditions, by clicking on See Details > General information:
- Check if you have the cost price for the preferred type of room for the specified days and contract:
Multi-contract elements #
- Review the multi-contract elements on the suppliers or sales tab.
- Offers: Check that the offers’ sales prices are not lower than the cost.
- Release: check the releases that are created.
- Restrictions: Check the restrictions that are created.
Review the stop sales that are created in the sales contract:
