Exclusions #
When you want to remove some occupancy from the offers.
Let’s understand with an example,
In Honeymoon Offer, the offer is applied for 2 Adults only so we excluded 1 Adult & its combinations.
You can tick those boxes which occupancy you want to exclude.
Block Periods #
When we receive a promotion with a ‘Black out’ restriction, we use this field to update those date bands on which offers are not applicable.
You can select as many date bands as you want on which offers is not applicable.
Combinable Rules #
When an offer is combinable you have to tick on the combinable check box. Followed by checking on all the offers with which a particular offer is combinable.
And when an offer is not combined with any offer no need to do anything.
Markets #
Sometimes we receive offers on different markets.
Let’s say, the contract is based on AM (All Market) and the offer is applicable only to the European market. In such cases, we select only European countries to apply the offer on the European market.
If the offer market is the same as the contract market, a direct offer will be loaded, with no need to exclude any market.
Terms #
In offers when some special advance payment & Non Refundable conditions are given we load in the “Terms” part of the offer.
Steps for Payment:
- Tick on the Advance Payment box
- Write % payment amount
- Payment within days
- Payment before date
Steps for Non-Refundable
- If NRF tick on NRF box otherwise remains as blank box.
When the offer was completed then the offer summary will show on the special offer tab like this:
All detailed summaries which we have loaded in the offers will show on the first page of the offer.
The status you apply on all the offers is as below:
- Draft: After updating the draft you can edit the offer.
- Disabled: When you don’t want to publish the offer or expired offer.
- Published: When an offer is published on the system and shown in the reservations.
