Before you upload a hotel, it is necessary to upload first the following points:
- Supplier
- Product group
- Common elements: Categories, Meal plans, Occupancies/ Room types and Services.
Once we have these configured, we can proceed to upload a new hotel to the intranet. To upload it and find availability in the Call centre, we should highlight the most important points and steps to take, which we explain next:
General Tab #
To upload a new accommodation, you may click on Accommodation > New:
The general tab is the first tab to open when creating an accommodation. The first section of the general tab is the basic information and the mandatory fields to be filled in are those marked with an asterisk “*”:
In addition, it is also recommended to fill in the fields in Advanced options > Long description, the Content management section > Special notes and pictures and the Services section:
Note: The first uploaded photo will be the main photo of the accommodation:
