HR Policies

  1. In case of Over Time, it is mandatory to work for 8 hours and submit daily tracker/production report to your respective Managers, marking HR ([email protected]) in CC.
  2. Weekend Working Eligibility Criteria: To claim OT on weekends, you need to work minimum for 4 hours.
  3. OT during declared 8 holidays as per company’s holiday calendar: You will get double of your single day pay if you are working on any of the mentioned 8 holidays.
  4. Complimentary Off only for TLs & Above: To avail complimentary off, minimum working of 8 hours is mandatory on weekends.
  5. Medical Leave: In case of Hospitalization, if your duration is of 7 days or less, will be treated as paid leave. Leave will be granted/approved only on the basis of hospital discharge and admission papers and medical bills.
  6. Deviation: Time deviation of 180 minutes in a month is provided in case of emergencies or unavoidable tasks. It should not exceed 120 minutes in a single day.
  7. Single Biometric Punch: It is strictly prohibited to miss a biometric punch. If in case you miss in or out biometric punch you need to inform HR regarding the same within 24 hours. There is a relaxation for up-to 2 single biometric punches. 3 to 5 single biometric punches will be marked as half-day leave each. And 6-8 single biometric punches will be marked as full-day leave each
