The Call centre is a tool, which allows to make bookings or review the product configuration. To access the Call centre, you may click on the Call Center button from the top menu:
As you can see, in the above screen sheet, after clicking on 9 blocks you will see the ‘Call Centre’ option. Click on it.
Steps:
- After clicking on the Call Centre option, the below screen will open.
- Under the Accommodation section, select fields as shared below;
- Agency: For our case, select ‘O%’ as your agency
- Accommodation: Select the desired hotel, for which you are doing call centre
- Currency: Select the currency for which you want to check rates
- Check-in/Check-out: Select the date band for which you want to take reservations
- Nights: After selecting the check-in date, you can pick the night option also for reservation. This can easily change the check-out date
- Nationality: Select the market/nation for which you want to take a reservation based on your file)
- Additional Filters: Under this field, you can select occupancy combination and click on search.
- The above list will appear with details including Room Name, Meal Plan, Allotment, Room Rates and Availability
- For a detailed description, click on the Green image. The deceptive rates are shown as below:
You can also download the list of room rates in excel format for review. All you need to do is Click on ‘Options’>Select ‘Export as Excel’. The file will download to your computer.
