WSTT – Room Allotment

Steps to update room allotment: –

  • Click on the ‘Room allotment Tab ‘and a new window will appear.
  • A Belew window will appear. Now click on Add.
  • Enter the Allotment name and allotment code.
  • Select the Hotel name by clicking on the search icon.
  • Select the period for which you are updating the allotment.
  • Input the Cut Off days. If the Cut off is the same for all periods, then tick on “Update cut-off for all days”.
  • Tick “Active” to activate this allotment or untick it to inactivate it.
  • Input “Remark”. That remark will be displayed on allotment reports.
  • Click “Save” to record the data and process to the next steps.
  • Select the room category by clicking on the search icon.

  • Then click on update to save the allotment.
  • Then change the room category and allotment according to the contract and click on “Save as”.
  • If the allotment or cut-off is different for some selected dates, then select those entries and change the allotment or cut-off.
