Contract section itself a big section on the HBT system where most of the loading part is done. Under this section, we upload contract rates, room occupancy, promotions, cancellation and more.

1. Contract Creation
Steps to follow:
- When you are loading a fresh contract click create to load the contract.
- After clicking on create option a creation box will open in which we have to fill
- Name of the contract, Eg: UK Market 2021
- Contract Validity
- Rate Code (already created)
- Then tick on boxes which are shown on the creation box as per destinations & contract requirement.
- If already one contract is loaded on the system, you can configure contract clone options for the previous contract in which all configurations is already done.
- After creating the contract dashboard, the contract will show in draft status.
- Then click on the edit option for loading the contract rates.
What is Configure contract clone options?
This option is used when we have to copy all the details from the previous year or already created contracts.
